Built for the whole team

One team website. A complete site for every agent.

Your team owns the brand. Every agent gets their own subdomain with IDX search, local pages, listings, and lead capture—all connected in one team experience.

A team website at the top with IDX search, local pages, and lead capture, connected down to a separate site for each agent — each with their own headshot, listings, and lead form — plus an empty placeholder for adding another agent.

One team brand. Room for every agent to stand out.

Set the brand once. Give every agent space to personalize—without losing consistency.

One brand system

Set the standard once

We establish your team's colors, typography, navigation, and layout—then carry that system across every agent site.

  • One consistent design across the team
  • A consistent brand system across every site
  • Layout and navigation set at the team level
Room to stand out

Make every agent site personal

Every agent can showcase their own expertise, markets, listings, and contact details while staying connected to your team brand.

  • Personalized bio, headshot, and contact details
  • Dedicated neighborhoods, listings, and reviews
  • Agent-specific lead capture and login
One connected system

Keep every agent under your brand

Each agent site lives on a subdomain of your team website, creating a clear connection between the individual agent and the brand behind them.

  • Branded URLs such as sarah.yourteam.com
  • Every agent connected to the team website
  • A structure designed to grow with your roster

Ten agent sites should multiply your reach—not compete for it.

We give every agent a distinct local focus, then connect every site back to your team—built in from day one, not left for you to untangle later.

Built to expand coverage—not divide it

  1. 01Distinct markets, not duplicate pagesWe map each agent's real service area and assign the right neighborhood pages, while the team site carries the broader city and regional presence.
  2. 02One connected team, not separate islandsEvery agent site belongs to the same team structure, connecting individual expertise back to one recognizable brand.
  3. 03Internal links that connect the whole teamAgent sites link back to the team, while the team directory connects visitors to each agent and their local markets.

Moving a whole team across, without losing what already works.

Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or another provider — the move is part of the build, and it happens once for the team rather than once per agent.

  1. 01

    We map what you have

Your current sites, your domain setup, and the pages already earning traffic. Nothing gets rebuilt from a blank page if it does not need to be.

  2. 02

We build the team site first

Brand, layout, navigation, and the city-level pages. This is the design every agent site is then built on, so the group stays consistent.

  3. 03

Agent sites come up underneath it

Each agent gets their site, their login, and their assigned neighborhoods. Typically about three weeks for the build.

  4. 04

The feed and the domains switch over

Your MLS feed is prepared with your board, and the addresses are pointed at the new sites. Board approval is your board's decision and runs on its own timeline.

MLS & IDX

Set up IDX for the team—not site by site.

When supported by your MLS, every agent subdomain can share the team's IDX connection—bringing live listings to every site without repeating the setup for every agent.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How does a team plan work?+
Your team gets one site on your own domain, and every agent you put on the plan gets their own site under it — sarah.yourteam.com, mike.yourteam.com, and so on. Each agent has their own login. You get one rollout and one point of contact instead of coordinating a build per person.
Is each agent's site a real site, or just a profile page?+
A real site. Each one has its own home search on your MLS data, its own hyperlocal neighborhood pages, its own lead forms, and its own listings — built on your team's design so the whole group looks like one brand.
Does every agent need their own MLS approval?+
No — the agent sites run on your team's MLS connection, so you handle the board relationship once rather than once per agent. One condition: this works when your team site sits on your own top-level domain. If your team site is itself already a subdomain of someone else's, each agent's site ends up a level deeper and falls outside that arrangement, so tell us how your domain is set up and we'll confirm before you commit.
Won't our agents' sites compete with each other in search?+
They're not set up to. During onboarding we assign neighborhoods so a given community belongs to one agent's site, while the team site carries the brand and city-level terms. All of the sites are linked as one entity, so a search can surface the team and the individual agent instead of splitting them apart. See real estate SEO, AEO, and GEO for how each layer works.
Where do the leads go?+
A lead from an agent's site lands in that agent's own login — their leads, their follow-up, nobody else's inbox. If you want team-wide handling on top of that — round-robin assignment, assignment groups, routing logs, a view across everyone — that's Lofty's AI-powered CRM, which connects natively to every site and is available as an upgrade.
Can we keep our current domain and move our existing site over?+
Yes. We build on the domain you already own, whether your current site is on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or another platform. We'll go through your existing pages with you and plan the move so the ones already bringing you traffic are carried across rather than dropped.
What happens when an agent joins or leaves the team?+
Tell us and we adjust the plan — a new agent gets their site and login added under your team brand, and a departing agent's site comes off it. Neighborhood assignments get redistributed at the same time so coverage does not quietly go stale.
How long until the team is live?+
The build itself is typically about three weeks. Switching the MLS feed on also needs your board to approve the request — that approval is your board's decision and runs on its timeline, so we prepare the paperwork with you rather than promise a date we don't control.
What does a team plan cost?+
Team plans are quoted on the size and shape of your team — how many agents, how many markets, and what you're moving across. Request a consultation and we'll put together a plan for your group. Individual plans are published on our pricing page.
