The IDX feed powers the search.
The full site powers the experience.

An IDX feed gives buyers listings. Lofty Front turns them into a branded search experience built around local discovery and lead capture.

Anatomy of a Lofty Front site: live IDX listings, featured areas, blog, social posts, and lead capture, each labelled

Own your market, not just a page on it

Buyers and sellers don't want a generalist — they want the local expert they trust. Lofty Front positions you as the definitive authority in every neighborhood you farm.

Neighborhood Guides

Rich, self-updating pages for every area you farm — live listings, schools, demographics, and local insight that make you the obvious expert.

Live Market Reports

Each guide generates a report from current MLS data. Visitors subscribe for updates — turning every page into an always-on lead magnet.

Instant Home Valuations

Homeowners enter an address and get a data-backed estimate — you get a warm seller lead and a reason to follow up.

Interactive Maps

A branded, clickable map of your neighborhoods, school zones, and lifestyle areas — each pin links straight to a guide or saved search.

Where the search ends is where the lead starts.

Buyers do not convert on a results grid. They convert on the one property they keep coming back to — so that page has to answer everything before they think to leave.

  • The whole property, not a stub — Photos, tour, price history, mortgage math, amenities, and similar listings on one page.
  • On your domain — Never a subdomain — every bit of ranking credit for that page stays with your site.
  • Built to your board’s rules — Fields, photo handling, and attribution follow what your MLS requires for IDX display.
  • Capture in place — Save, share, and request-a-showing sit on the page itself, at the moment interest is highest.

What is an IDX website?+
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the agreement that lets you show your MLS's listings on your own site. An IDX website is your site with that live feed built in — buyers search real listings on your domain instead of leaving for a portal, and the leads come to you.
Will it work with my MLS?+
We connect to 500+ boards across the US. Tell us which board you belong to and we'll confirm coverage before you commit to anything.
How long until my site is live?+
The build itself is typically about three weeks. Switching the IDX feed on also needs your MLS to approve the request — that approval is your board's decision and runs on its timeline, so we prepare the paperwork with you rather than promise a date we don't control.
Do I have to build it myself?+
No. This is a done-for-you build — our team designs and builds the site, sets up the search, and wires the lead capture. You review it; you don't assemble it.
Can I keep my current domain?+
Yes. The site is built on your own domain with your own branding. If you already have a site, we'll talk through how to move across without losing the pages that already rank.
Is the search all I get?+
No — and on its own it would not be enough. A listing search only helps people who already know your name. It ships alongside hyperlocal neighborhood pages and AI search visibility, which is what brings new searchers to the search in the first place.
What does it cost?+
One subscription covers the site, hosting, MLS/IDX sync, hyperlocal pages, and support, plus a one-time concierge design build. See pricing or book a demo for a quote on your market.
